CANCELLATION PROCESS

By completing this form you are notifying us of your wish to BEGIN the cancellation process.

Subject to the terms and conditions to which you agreed when joining.  You will be contacted by a member of our staff to confirm your cancellation.  NOTE: YOUR CANCELLATION IS NOT EFFECTIVE UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN PERSONALLY WITH OUR OFFICE TEAM.

This form must be submitted 5 business days prior to your billing date or you may be charged for another month.

If you did not pre-pay your final month, you will be charged for your final month.

OTHER OPTIONS:

Did you know that rather than cancel your membership and losing your activation fee, you can put you membership on hold?  This program allows you to put your membership on hold for up to 3 months at a time for only $6 per month.  When you return, your rate is the same and you’re ready to go.  Your fob will inactive during the hold.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  All understand that THIS IS NOT AN ANNUAL CONTRACT AND MAY BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME WITH A WRITTEN NOTICE AS DEFINED HEREIN:  NOTE: YOUR CANCELLATION IS NOT EFFECTIVE UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN PERSONALLY WITH OUR OFFICE TEAM.  This form only begins the process.

Our Easy in – Easy Out cancellation policy is effective May 1, 2022.  To begin the cancellation process, go to the CANCEL tab on our website and complete the online form.  A member of our staff will contact you to confirm the cancellation.  PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BILLING DATE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED ANOTHER MONTH!  If you have prepaid your last month membership when you joined, this is all you will need to do.  You will have that last month to use the club(s).

If you did not prepay your last month, you will be required to give the minimum 30-day notice that you agreed to at joining and pay the last month.

Only the responsible party may cancel the accounts of those for whom they are paying. Cards or fobs are not returned. Again, we recommend that cancellation be made slightly before your regular billing date. No partial months will be prorated or refunded.
