SILVER, STABLE & STRONG

SILVER, STABLE & STRONG is a functional training course for active seniors to help increase overall wellness and add ease to your day to day life. You will be focusing on cardiovascular strength, flexibility, balance, and muscular development. This class is exactly what you need to make daily tasks more manageable.  Please remember to consult your physician before undertaking any exercise program.

SILVER, STABLE & STRONG is available at Fruitland and Ontario clubs.

BOXING FITNESS
CYCLING (AKA "SPIN")

Spin your way to great health! Great music and a Master Instructor makes this the GREATEST cycling class ANYWHERE!  You will BURN IT OFF – and love doing it.

TEAM FIT - Paid event

Personal training, with a certified trainer, in a small group setting! Everyone with a PREMIUM membership or any Personal Training client is welcome to join Team FIT (Functional Interval Training) at no additional charge. These training sessions are limited to no less than 6 and no more than 12 people so that the trainer can help you work at your own level, FOUNDATION, STRENGTH or POWER. You will adjust each station to fit your fitness level such as fewer or more repetitions, less or more weight, on the floor or in a chair. One thing we can promise is that you will sweat and you will know that you are helping your body.
If you have any question, please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program. Please notify your coach of any special physical limitations you may have prior to the session.

YOGALATES

Yogalates is the perfect blend of traditional Yoga and the ever-popular Pilates!  Yogalates is a balanced workout that will both strengthen your body and relax your mind. Yogalates will spread energy through the abdomen to support and stabilize the body. As you flow through each exercise expect higher levels of mobility while progressing through movement preparation and balance training.

BODY BALANCE

Body Balance involves exercises that will strengthen stabilizing muscles to improve posture, balance, and mobility. This is an intermediate level class that provides progressions or modifications for those who need it. Core engagement is the core of every exercise. This class is perfect for anyone looking to start an exercise program or long-time class attendees. Weights will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. ALL are welcome!
