Q: Do I have to sign a long contract?
A: No. Monthly, even weekly rates are available but you do get the BEST DEAL when you commit to a full year.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our gym facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We currently have three locations for the Body Shop Fitness Centers: Weiser, Payette and Fruitland. Please view our Locations page for further details and maps to each of these three locations.
Q: Can I bring a guest to the gym?
A: Members are not permitted to bring guests to the gym without the express permission of the owners. Guests may purchase a visitor’s pass prior to entering the gym. Visitor will receive their own card to access the facility after all necessary paperwork is complete.
Q: What do I need to enter the Body Shop Fitness Centers?
A: Every member needs their own membership card to enter the facility (one card per member). You will scan this card each time you use the gym.
Q: How many cards can my family have?
A: One card is necessary for each member. Two people may not share the same card.
Q: If I forget my card can I still enter the gym?
A: No. You must have your card with you to enter the facility. Due to insurance purposes and the fact that Body Shop Fitness Centers is not staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all members must use a card in order to track all entries.
Q: Can I bring my baby and/or toddler to the gym?
A: No. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the gym under ANY circumstance. Children 12-15 may become members only under the membership account of a parent or legal guardian. Minors 12 through 15 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. Youth members ages 16 and 17 may attend unaccompanied but must abide all gym rules and a parent/guardian must sign the liability waiver.
Q: In regard to payment, why am I asked to use auto-pay?
A: Auto-pay saves both time and money which helps us to keep our prices low. Auto-pay is common practice in the fitness industry. Your information is protected by federal standards and we assure your security. Our payments are run in a single batch, once a month to ensure that you will not be double-billed. All new enrollments are subject to either auto-pay or pre-pay.
Q: Why are there cameras in the gym?
A: Because we are open 24 hours with limited staffing, the cameras are a means for us to ensure that no abuse is taking place such as trespassing, abuse of equipment, the facility, staff or customers.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: We require our members to wear clean gym apparel. This includes bringing clean gym shoes to the facility. We ask that you change into your clean shoes once inside the gym. This will help protect the carpet and rubber flooring.
Q: Are you open on holidays?
A: Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including all holidays.
